Commenti : The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful, especially Roberto. They gave map and directions. Most importantly, the metro stop was infront of the hotel which made it easy to travel around.

Commenti : I would recommend the hotel to a friend but would ensure they understand that the area around the hotel, especially at night, I would not consider safe for a single female. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast etc was excellent.

Commenti : The concierge seemed to rush through the points of
interests when we require help and direction whilst we stayed there. It was quite confusing for me when he spoke half italian and half english.
On the other hand, it was very thoughtful that for our anniversay, they give us complimentary champagne and flowers.

Commenti : Insgesamt ist das Hotel Napoleon zu empfehlen, aber der Zimmerpreis ( 170€ ) ist auch für Rom im September einfach extrem überteuert!! Da gibt es für 70-90 € gleichwertige Angebote!!

Commenti : Need more directions from Metro stop, very confusing as the passage forks 1-2 times, we ended up walking quite a bit with bags around a huge block. Finally found, and there was a stop in front, we just didn't know how many lefdt or right turns to find it.

Commenti : The reason the sound insulation was only average was because we had an adjoining room. Sound traveled through the door very easily and one night we had very loud neighbors that we had to ask to be quiet. The location was perfect for the Metro and to neighborhood restaurants. We loved Franco. He gave us great advice on restaurants, transportation, etc. We felt safe and secure. The hotel had a bed and breakfast feel with a lot more privacy. Would stay there again whenever in Rome.

Commenti : Rather run down and stuffy - very disappointed - service good but air conditioner kicked off every night and we had to call desk at 3 AM to get them to send someone up - the circuit breaker had to be reset - happened both nights. Would not return.

Commenti : Chambre très propre à l'arrivée mais beaucoup moins à la fin du séjour....
Les 3 premiers jours, on avait une femme de ménage trè professionnelle puis on en a changé car tout s'est dégradé au niveau de la propreté (lit, poussière...).
Le jus d'orange du petit-déjeuner est imbuvable. Dommage pour un hotel de cette catégorie.

Commenti : We have been overall satisfied by this hotel except that our bedrooms were near the room where the cleaning staff keep the sheets, towels, etc and we have been woken up every morning at 7 am because of the noise when the staff was opening and closing the door of the room

Commenti : Concierge was helpful and friendly but the hotel needs a good cleaning and repairs. We had a triple room that was smelly, dirty, walls needed painting and a washroom with dirty, moldy shower head and taps. We lost cold water temporarily in this room also but it was corrected quickly atleast. Wireless connection was good and complimentary. I suspect other rooms were in better condition but stay away from room 501. I mentioned this when leaving so hopefully they clean and repair it in the future. In any case not a four star hotel.
