Commenti : Pas d'éclairage au niveau du bureau.Poignée du mitigeur de douche ne tenait pas.( signalé mais non réparé pendant notre séjour de 5 jours.Ventilateur salle d'eau très,bruit insupportable .

Commenti : Pour le prix et la situation géographique de l'hotel, nous sommes très satisfaits. La chambre était propre, il y avait juste un problème d'écoulement de l'eau de la douche qui était un peu embêtant et petit déjeuner moyen mais sinon tout s'est bien passé. Une partie de l'hotel était en rénovation pendant notre séjour, mais cela n'a pas posé de probleme non plus.
Je recommande cet hotel a des gens qui cherchent un hotel confortable pas trop cher.

Commenti : The good is that it is quite near two train stations and there are many restaurants and small shops around it even a MacDonald and famous branded shops if one is into shopping. The size and quality of the room is acceptable. We stayed on the third floor. The poor is the security. We accidentally locked our key in the room. So we asked the reception if they could help to open the door to our room and they asked us to ask the maid cleaning the floor we are on. It was just after breakfast so the maid was still around. So we did. No checks were necessary. The other thing which is very very poor and bad is the breakfast. The breakfast was so sad. Even the coffee in this Italian hotel was bad. But overall manageable if you are not too picky.

Commenti : Je n'ai pas de commentaires à faire concernant le petit-déjeuner car malheureusement je me suis à chaque fois levée trop tard pour en profiter! La salle du petit dejeuner avait cependant l'air très bien.
Mon seul regret: qu'il n'y ait pas de fer à repasser à la disposition des clients. J'ai été très bien reçue et envisage déjà de retourner dans cet hôtel où le personnel (tant d'accueil que de ménage) est extrêmement courtois. L'hôtel Impero a largement contribué à ce que mon séjour romain soit un succès.

Commenti : L'hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont inégales (1 ère nuit dans une chambre 'maritale', chambre 122, grande pour accueillir 4 personnes (chambre occupée durant le week end, calme).
Ensuite chambre 226, toujours côté opéra, durant la semaine (bruyant dès 6 h du matin).
Dans les deux cas, la robinetterie est passable, la chasse d'eau des wc peu performante, du vécu dans la décoration, mais un hôtel avec du charme (un peu dépassé, mais du charme) dans la déco du 1er étage.
A noter table de tennis de table à l'étage.
Petit déjeuner avec viennoiseries et céréales, pain malheureusement rassis les deux fois. Accueil efficace et disponible, polyglotte, serviable.
Globalement cela vaut un 3 étoiles, mais pas plus.
Situation géographique (près de l'opéra et du métro) enviable et pratique.
