Accueil de nuit médiocre pas de signalisation à l'entrée de l'ascenseur.
Service petit déjeuner pas assez tard au moins jusqu'à 11 heures.

Commenti : Staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay at the hotel again. The only down side is the size of the rooms. These were very small for a four star hotel.

Commenti : The location was brilliant. The staff were very nice and helpfully. Had my mum of 60yrs & sis of 40yrs & myself 38yrs. The room was brilliant. Lots of space.

Commenti : Bonjour,le seul probleme c'est que le receptionniste ne parlait pas le français,heureusement que nous parlions l'italien, sinon une mention tres bien a l'hotel qui a un tres bon emplacement. Seul bemol,le parking, trop loin de l'hotel et trop cher pour ce que l'on y fait.
Peut etre qu'un service de nettoyage interieur et exterieur justifierait le prix pour une nuit

Commenti : Das Personal ist durchweg s e h r freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Schönes Ambiente, kleine aber feine Dachterrasse. Ideale Lage, wenn der Schwerpunkt des Interesses auf Vatikan und Petersdom gelegt wird. Gute Busanbindung zur Innenstadt.
Die 2-Bett-Zimmer sind klein, für kurze Aufenthalte aber ausreichend. Die French-Bed-Zimmer sind im Prinzip Einzelzimmer: Bett an 2 Seiten an der Wand, nur 1 schmaler eintüriger Schrank, nur 1 Kofferablagemöglichkeit, kein Tisch. Bei Belegung mit 2 Personen ist der Preis für die zu akzeptierenden Unannehmlichkeiten zu hoch. Zweierbelegung höchstens für 1 - 2 Nächte anzuraten.

Commenti : un peu cher, restaurant omù on ne sert ..que des sandwiches. Terrasse splendide avec vue sur la place St Marc, mais sur laquelle avec 28°, nous n'avons pu consommer car "ce n'était pas possible". C'est dommage, vu le coût élevé de la nuit. Dans l'ensemble, un peu décevant quand même. Service minimum.
